We offer you a small apartment overlooking Pole Mokotowskie (one of the nicest parks in Warsaw). It was designed by interior designers and is very tastefully decorated in boho style. It's very cozy. Potted flowers, interior design, and good coffee give the interior a homey feel. You'll rest here, you'll be comfortable.
The space
We offer you a fully equipped and very cozy apartment in the heart of the Mokotów district on Batorego Street.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

ROOM:
- a double bed (140x200 cm) with a special extra mattress for excellent sleeping comfort (this IS NOT a sofa bed)
- fresh bed linen and towels,
- TV with internet access,
- WiFi,
- wall lights,
- table and chair
- wardrobe for clothes,
- iron,
- ironing board,
- vacuum cleaner,
- radiator (the apartment is heated),
- there's a mosquito net in one of the windows.

KITCHENETTE:
Induction hob, sink, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, water filter.
In addition, for our guests: salt, sugar, coffee in capsules and several types of tea.
We provide: cups, glasses, wine glasses, corkscrew, plates, cutlery, saucers, frying pan. Everything you need to prepare meals. Dishwashing liquid and sponge.

BATHROOM AMENITIES:
shower, sink, large mirror on the wall, small mirror above the sink, toilet, toiletries shelves, hair dryer, toilet paper, shower gel, and liquid soap.
Guest access
Our mini-apartment is just for you, and you won't share it with anyone else.
There's a lockbox by the door with a code. We'll include the code in your message after you receive your reservation, along with the building's entry code.

If you have any questions, we're here to help.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.
In exceptional cases, we can provide early check-in or late check-out. This requires prior arrangement with us.
