The Space:

The 47,5 m² apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The living area with access to a furnished balcony is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The apartment's interior is stylishly finished in a tasteful and warm color scheme, and comprehensive furnishings take care of the comfort of each stay. Among the amenities is air conditioning, which will maintain an optimal and customized temperature in any weather. Amenities also include multimedia devices (flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities, such as a washing machine and dishwasher. The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a new, guarded estate in a quiet neighborhood on the border of Ochota and Raków districts on Instalatorów Street in Warsaw. The estate gives a sense of security, thanks to a closed inner courtyard and monitoring. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Szczęśliwicki Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and roller coaster). The location combines tranquility with proximity to the local infrastructure for all daily needs. About 1.5 km from the apartment there is a shopping center ''Centrum Łopuszańska 22'' with more than 100 stores, restaurants, service outlets and a supermarket. At the same time, the estate is well connected with the center of Warsaw and other districts of the city. Right next to the building (60 m) is a bus stop, and the distance to the Warsaw Rakowiec railroad station is 600 m. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of Warsaw by car, and only 10-15 minutes to Chopin Airport. The surrounding area of the building is also bicycle friendly: in Ochota there are 11 km of bicycle paths and 14 Veturilo bicycle stations.
