The Space:
The unique 29 m² Studio is located on the 2nd floor. It offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people. It is the perfect choice for a romantic stay for two or for business travellers. The modern yet cosy interiors of the apartment set a peaceful mood, and the fully functional furnishings guarantee a comfortable stay at a high level. The unforgettable view from the windows to the Royal Castle gives an exceptional charm. Tastefully selected accessories give the interiors elegance and a unique character. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living area is a cosy space to relax and spend time with loved ones. A comfortable double bed guarantees a restful night's sleep and ensures regeneration after an exciting day. The dining table is a place to enjoy meals together, as well as a coherent connection between the living room and the kitchenette. The décor of the kitchenette blends harmoniously with the rest of the room. With high-quality equipment such as an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, it gives you the opportunity to prepare home-cooked meals. There is a washing machine in the kitchen area, which will add to the comfort of your stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV with Smart TV and cable TV, and free WiFi access. For the comfort of our guests, we provide complimentary toiletries, towels and fresh linen. Our studio is distinguished not only by its modern and warm décor, but also by its careful finishing, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere and an unforgettable stay.

The studio is situated in a renovated historic building on Podwale Street in Warsaw. The attractiveness of the building is enhanced by the fact that it is located in close proximity to the Old Town Square, and the Royal Castle can be seen from the apartment's windows. The charming location gives you the opportunity to feel the atmosphere of the Old Town, and a walk through the romantic streets of the Old Town is an opportunity to discover the charms of the historic centre and spend pleasant moments in unforgettable surroundings. The area abounds in a wide selection of restaurants serving both Polish and international cuisine. Moments of rest during sightseeing can be found in one of the atmospheric cafés serving delicious coffee. When you feel like taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is worth going to Krasiński Garden (600 m) next to the baroque palace. The historic park with its playgrounds and war memorial is the perfect place for a stroll, a picnic and relaxing in nature. The apartment's location provides easy access to other districts of Warsaw, both by city transport and by car. There are numerous bus and tram stops in the neighbourhood, and the nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. The area has a widely developed retail and service infrastructure which undoubtedly increases the comfort of your stay. The nearest Żabka shop, where you can do small shopping, is 120 m away. Chopin Airport is approximately 10 km away and the Central Railway Station is 2.7 km away. The location guarantees a comfortable, practical and stylish place to stay in Warsaw.
