Starter Essentials Provided
We supply basic personal care items and cooking essentials to cover your first nights.
Mandatory Guest Screening
For everyoneâs safety, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in.
This process must be completed before arrival.
If screening is not approved or declined, your reservation will be canceled.
Pool
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!
Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!
Towel Policy
Please note: We do not provide bath towels.
Centralized HVAC System
The building follows seasonal HVAC cycles per municipal regulations:
Heating: October 15 â May 1
Air Conditioning: May 15 â October 1
Between these periods, operation is adjusted based on outside temperature at the buildingâs discretion.
Parking Guidelines
Display your parking permit clearly on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
Parking in handicapped spaces without a valid permit is strictly prohibited.
For additional vehicles, guests must seek off-site parking.
We are not responsible for towing, lost or stolen items, or vehicle damage on the premises.
