The Space:
Welcome to my beautiful St George home! We are located in Coral Ridge, a new Luxury Resort just minutes north of St George Utah. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas fireplace, comfy leather furniture, new comfy pillow-top mattresses, BBQ grill, quality linens, towels, washer/dryer, central air/heat and 50 Mbps high speed internet with WiFi. The living room is equipped with HD cable, flat screen 65â Smart HDTV, Blu-ray player, comfy power recline leather sofas and 2 deco chairs. Dining room has table, seating for 10, additional 4 seats at kitchen bar. The outdoor patio area has a large stainless steel BBQ grill to use for that favorite grilled meal, 2 outdoor tables with umbrellas, and seating 8 for dining or just relaxing and visiting. We didn't forget the kids! There is a junior table that fits 4 kids on the patio too. The master suite has a comfy rocker recliner, 55â Smart HDTV and has direct access to walkout to the back patio. Master baths have, soaker tub, showers, double sinks with granite counters. Upstairs bedrooms: 2nd Master- 2 Queen beds, private bath-, double sinks with granite counters, large Sand Mountain viewing balcony with seating for four, 55" Smart HDTV and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3- 2 Full Sized Beds, extra comfortable memory foam queen sofa sleeper, balcony with seating for two and 55" SMART HDTV. Bedroom 4- The newly updated custom bunk room has 4 twin built-in bunks and 2 double built-in bunks, 55" Smart HDTV and Blu-Ray player.
On-site, you'll find community amenities that include a clubhouse spacious enough for large gatherings, private reservation possible, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, equipped fitness center, putting green and a fishing pond for your enjoyment. At Coral Ridge, you are just minutes from nine other golf courses, tennis courts, river rafting, hiking, biking and ATV trails. St. George (6 miles), Zion National Park (35 miles),
Coral Ridge was not originally designed for RV/Trailer/ATV parking and those items may only be parked and/or stored within the community if they fit in garages or driveways without overhanging into the street. They may not be parked in the streets or in the overflow parking stalls.
Check out Tuacahn Live Theater (20 miles) and Sand Hollow ( 9 miles) for golf, boating, fishing. You can also explore and ride the dunes of Sand Mountain. Quail Creek State Park (5 miles) is great for boating, swimming, fishing.
Nearby is the Washington City Recreation Center.

Parking is permitted only on the driveway or in designated parking stalls. Trailer parking is allowed only if the trailer fits entirely on the driveway without any overhang.
This is a self check in. We will send you door codes to access the home. We do this to make it fast and easy.
The HOA does not allow you to park boat trailers on the street.
