• WHost offers basic personal care and cooking products for your first nights.

• Please note 🏊♂️✨: Only registered guests are allowed access to the pool area — visitors are not permitted 🚫. Additionally, everyone entering the pool must wear a wristband 🎟️, which will be provided after a payment of USD 10 per day 💵.
🔒 Mandatory Guest Screening
• A brief screening is required before arrival for all guests.
• ❗If not approved or declined, the reservation will be canceled.
• This measure ensures safety for all residents and guests.
🛁 Please Note:
• Bath towels are NOT provided, so we recommend bringing your own.
🌡️ Centralized HVAC System
• Heating: Operates fully from Oct 15 to May 1
• A/C: Operates fully from May 15 to Oct 1
• Between these dates, HVAC is managed based on outdoor temperatures by the building association, per municipal and environmental guidelines.
