“This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

“We had a wonderfull time in this cottage, which is a good base camp for visiting de Beacon Hills and Gower. The bed were very good, the kitchen is provided with a lot of usefull things. Realy nothing is missing! We had - by email - good contact with the owner, which makes it a pleasant stay. Thank you so much.”

“Check in process was very confusing due to providing the incorrect location of the lockbox.Listing states parking is available, yet that is not the case you have to go to a lot and pay for parking.Wifi didn’t work at all for us.Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the master, springs popping out.Bathroom had no mirror, the only mirror was inconveniently located behind the door in an armoire shower was lukewarm at best.In need of some updating.”

“The cabin itself is fantastic, clean, comfy, good facilities.. the welcome hamper had exactly what we needed for arrival (beer, bread and milk!!). Check in was simple and quick. Location was great for the waterfall nearby / scenery but was a bit of a drive to shops and restaurants, still worth it. Highly recommended!”

“Lovely few days with our family whilst house hunting. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy sofas to chill in after our busy days. Only downside was the bed in the back double needs replacing as hard with springs digging into you. I did let the owner know and hopefully this will be sorted. Lovely rental all in all.”

“Interesting, unpretentious, old house, full of original features. History of the house and garden is fascinating. Spacious, quirky, and comfortable with beautiful high level garden. Great location.”

“Always stay in Clews Mews as it's convenient and there is parking available. However the carpet was covered in dog hair and hadn't been cleaned properly before our visit. We are not dog people so that was disappointing. Generally the cleanliness and attention to detail in the unit was sadly lacking on this visit in July 2024”
