The staff is very nice and welcoming when checking in and when asking about any information about the Alexandria Bay Area. "Location and view. The hotel needs to be updated drastically….,,,it looks like they at some point tried but need a more qualified decorator. Room needs a comfortable chair or couch, get rid od the 80’s pinkish brown stone. The TV takes two remotes to make it work. Nice looking on outside."
