  • Chatham Beach House med verkade rättigheter till en väg till Hardings Beach samt till en stig till Oyster River Boatyard. Fem minuters promenad till stranden. Mycket exklusivt stadsdel. Fem sovrum inklusive ett loftområde med både vardagsrum och sovrum. Två sovrum med vardera en king size-säng, ett sovrum med en drottning plus två enkelsängar och ett fjärde sovrum med två enkelsängar. Det finns också en queen size-säng på loftet. Nytt anpassat kök med avancerade apparater. Helt öppen första våningen tillåter massor av interaktion med familj och vänner.
    Huset ligger i Chatham, som är en av de finaste städerna på Kap. 8 minuters bilresa till Chatham centrum. Downtown Chatham är alltid livligt med människor. Njut av konserterna på fredagskvällen i Kate Gould Park, gratis för alla. Hela staden kommer. Njut av Cape Cod Baseball League Chatham-teamet. Spelen spelas på de flesta sommarnätter, är gratis, och igen kommer hela staden. Mycket högkvalitativ baseboll på högskolanivå. Njut av de vackra butikerna, restaurangerna, konstgallerierna och butikerna i Chathams mycket speciella Main Street. Chatham cyklar centralt. Du ser människor på cyklar överallt inklusive Rail Trail Bike Path. Det finns många historiska och naturliga platser att njuta av, inklusive de många stränderna i Cape Cod samt National Seashore. Ta en Whale Watching-båt från Provincetown eller gå antika längs den historiska väg 6-A. Very nice, well kept house with plenty of room for everyone. It is just a short walk to the beach from the home on a private path. It is also very close to lots of shops and restaurants in town.

The Perfect Space to Reset and Reconnect

We loved our stay! The short walk to Hardings Beach was perfect for my morning self-care walks. The house had a great cozy room where we could unplug and enjoy a puzzle together as a family. Comfortable beds made for restful nights, and the spacious deck was ideal for sipping hot water with lemon in the morning or grilling a healthy dinner in the evening. A peaceful and welcoming spot—we’d definitely come back!

Wonderful Cape Cod

The home was beautiful!! I was so disappointed that more of my family could not join us to enjoy the wedding, the beautiful home and the environment at Cape Cod! The location was perfect including local restaurants and the beach!

Perfect for a Family Gathering

Amazing spacious house with well equipped kitchen, lots of beds, lots of bathrooms (!), and lots of gathering areas for people to hang out. A great location walking distance to the beach. And the center of Chatham is minutes away. We were in town for a family wedding and Wendy worked with us to ensure our stay was great. I high recommend this property.

Wonderful and comfortable home!

You can’t go wrong at this house. My family was here for a long weekend and we didn’t want to leave. The house is big, close to the beach, and has everything you need. It’s also a short drive to Chatham’s downtown.

Hoardings beach rental

The property was more than we could have hoped for. The neighborhood is peaceful with quick access to the beach. The owner was a great communicator. We really hope to be able to come back.

This property far exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful, spacious, well-laid-out home in a gorgeous neighborhood. And, the beach was a hop-skip-and a jump from the house. Chatham is so centrally located that trips to P-town and to Hyannis (for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard) were easy. There was ample space inside and outside to congregate with family or to spend time alone reading or relaxing. We all agreed that we picked a gem of a rental property! Plus, Wendy, our host, was fantastic to work with throughout the process.

Beautiful home

This is a very beautiful, clean & comfortable home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, tourists attractions….anything you might need to enjoy your stay. It is also a place you can enjoy coming home to at the end of the day and also a place you can really enjoy hanging out in all day. Extremely quiet and lovely neighborhood. The well stocked kitchen (pots & pans, plates, bowls, etc) was perfect for the night we cooked in. Highly recommend!

Chatham reunion

Our family came from 7 locations for a reunion in Chatham. We rented 2 houses. Seven of us stayed at this VRBO and 9 were at another house. I liked the design, cleanliness, and location of our house. Wendy, the host, was a great communicator and made sure we could enter easily, had heat, and made herself available should questions arise.

Beach Gem for Large Families

The house was as advertised. Real great space for our group of nine and walking distance to the beach. Our hostess was fabulous. The property came with an amazing deck and grill, great back yard, bikes, and beach chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of space to spread out in the house. Really excellent.

Great house and location.

Annual group golf outing. This year was playing Cape Cod. House was as advertised (actually better). Great quiet neighborhood as well. If you want to party and be loud this is not your place. If you want a great place that’s very clean and very comfortable and just want to relax look no further.

Amazing!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful home! We attended a wedding at the Waquesset Resort & Golf Club. The home was close to the venue and close to the town of Chatham. The house was clean, organized, well stocked with kitchen necessities. We had enough space and privacy for four couples and children. The rooms are spacious, plus there are four full size bathrooms inside. Wendy was very communicative and accomodating. She checked in on us in the middle of our stay to make sure we have everything that we need. We all had a great time and we shared so many memorable moments at this home. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back hopefully, someday.

Spacious, immaculate, and convenient location

Lovely, spacious, immaculate home, with a number of upgrades--like central air--that made it great for our family of 9. In a beautiful neighborhood, it was only a short walk away from a private beach. We all looked forward to coming home covered in salt and sandy to a terrific outdoor shower. Our young kids loved playing in the large back yard and the adults sitting on the large deck. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything n the house worked . We had no problems at all. The owner was a dream to work with. This is a place you shouldn't miss if you want all these amenities plus closeness to grocery shopping, wonderful fish markets, and great downtown restaurants.

Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!

Winter Wedding/ Great House

Loved this house! Well stocked and had the perfect layout for our family, grown children and grandchildren. We will return in the summer sometime but worked for a family winter wedding. Great location and close to the beaches and Chatham.

Great home that exceeded our expectations!!

Spacious, clean, neat, well-stocked home on a quiet road! Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bikes, helmets, beach stuff for your use. Great location to beach, restaurants and shops. Homeowners are considerate and thoughtful. We had a great experience and highly recommend renting this home :)
