âThe staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The shuttle to Universal Studios and made our trip well worth it. The room was very comfortable, the kids and i really enjoyed it! â

âArriving to this Hotel the second time is like coming home. Especially as the staff in the reception welcomes You by Your name, even though itÂŽs many days between Your visits. Large and clean rooms, walking distance to many different kinds of restaurants and to shoppning areas. I can really recomend it ! Fantasic staff!â

âI've stayed at many different Extended Stay Americas over the years, but my recent stay at the Burbank Airport location really stood out. I was there for just over two weeks, and Iâm honestly almost flabbergasted by how nice the staff was and how clean the entire facility was. This location is by far superior to any of the others Iâve stayed at. Iâll definitely be coming back, and Iâll be telling everyone I know about the great experience I had here!

âHad a nice stay. The beds were comfy and room mostly clean. The lower part of the mattress that was closest to the floor had a lot of stains on it and didnât look very pleasant. Room wasnât pretty small compared to other places Iâve been to. Breakfast was okay and was what I had expected. Good service!â
âThe hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I have been a lot in LA over the years and it hurt me to see how the area around Hollywood Boulevard and Highland has become. I felt unsafe for the first time ever. â
