âI usually stay at this hotel when I have a early morning meeting at the office and donât want to commute. The hotel is clean , very new excellent customer service. I feel safe and comfortable at this location I try to stay at this location often. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you have an early morning flight out of Burbank airport as itâs just a few minutes away. â

âVery clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. âArriving to this Hotel the second time is like coming home. Especially as the staff in the reception welcomes You by Your name, even though itÂŽs many days between Your visits. Large and clean rooms, walking distance to many different kinds of restaurants and to shoppning areas. I can really recomend it ! Fantasic staff!â

âThe room was nice, and the staff was friendly. They didnât have the suite that I reserved, so they comped the parking. The breakfast was amazingâŠso many choices! There was coffee in the lobby, and they served cookies in the evening, which was a nice touch. â

âHad a nice stay. The beds were comfy and room mostly clean. The lower part of the mattress that was closest to the floor had a lot of stains on it and didnât look very pleasant. Room wasnât pretty small compared to other places Iâve been to. Breakfast was okay and was what I had expected. Good service!â

Maâs Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. â

A huge thanks to Kenneth who drove the shuttle bus to/from Universal studios. His help and guidances took us beyond expectations to a great experience. So thankful.
