“Fantastic stay. The place was so comfortable and luxurious. Kitchen really well equipped. The views from all the rooms were amazing, watching the sheep in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Super comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Comfy sofas. Garden really beautiful and private. Paul, the owner was great and popped in to say hello when we arrived, told us lots of local places to visit. Would definitely recommend. ”

Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. “Family holiday to celebrate big birthday.10 adults, 7 youngsters.Surpassed all expectations ( and they were already huge) Wonderful property and location. “Spacious cosy well equipped property, comfortable beds, great showers. Steam train at bottom of garden which was fun. Could do with an instruction booklet in the house ( as although instruction videos good) couldn’t work out how to turn on fire in large sitting room.”

“Lovely spot, close to the beach and several trails. There were some restaurants/food trucks within walking distance and about a 30 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The unit is fully equipped with cooking facilities so we were able to cook all our food. The complex is very nice and residents and guests were all very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this property! ”

“Janey’s home is exceptional. She was very quick to respond to questions and made every effort to address our needs. We loved having modern amenities with all the charm of this converted barn in a small village. The property includes a small apple orchard, lovely garden and patio with table and chairs. “a superb 3 storey house with amazing sea views over Porthmeor Beach and the headland. Clean, tidy and well equipped with plenty of external space for entertaining with further sea views. Have stopped in 3 large houses around St Ives so far, and this is by far the best house. Highly recommended.”

“We had a fantastic Easter break at the house. The view over St Ives is abdolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The house has everything we needed fora very comfortable stay. The beds are all comfy. You can nip into the town for a pasty in just a few minutes and even though the walk back is quite steep it's a quick journey so not too bad! I would love to return. Already recommended to friends and family. ”
