“Myself and my family had a fabulous weeks holiday. The house was absolutely perfect for the 11 of us. The house is beautiful and the grounds are superb. We had two dogs with us and they were able to run around everywhere with no worries of getting out. Dinning table big enough to seat us all which was great. “Great property for two plus dashound to be greeted with with provisions and dog treats was excellent it saves having to go out again after driving there. The only bad point is road noise when relaxing outside the rest was just as we would of wanted it 9 out of10”

“Some changes are needed and this would be a lovely home. No coat hanger space atall in the bedrooms with only one drawer in each chest of drawers for our clothes. (The rest was filled with excess bedding and blankets). Nowhere for toiletries near the sink (tooth brushes ect) and no upstairs bin. No light bulb in the main bedroom main light, dog hairs inside the fridge, cobwebs about the sitting room and behind the sofas needs a hoover. The property itself is full of character and could be lovely...

“This was the perfect house and location for our family stay! Great hot tub, lakeside views, use of paddleboard and kayaks. We were blessed with sunny weather and did not need to leave. Miranda was an available and helpful host and we would definitely love to return another year.! ”

“Incredibly clean and tidy, perfectly situated near to Lyme and a main road for easy access to surrounding towns/villages. Everything was thought of including coffee milk and fresh bread and jam. “The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with lots of mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, luxury shower).The farm is peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer stroll around the neighbouring field.We take our dogs and they love the dog walking field. The hosts are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this and will be returning. ”

“The house if located in a peaceful village of Melcombe Bingham, surrounded by thatched roof cottages and shielded from views by lush green of the garden. We barely saw or heard any neighbours in our 4 days there. The house is quite spacious (more than it may seem from the outside) and has a great home feeling to it. The host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time at Greygles and would be happy to return.”

“Beautiful old conversation not overdone hot tub was great! Just an overnight stay but would go again. Just one small gripe, the mezzanine bed area needs proper steps as it was painful on bare feet, but it would not prevent us from coming back again.”
