“This unit, on the top floor at the front of a house in Gatineau was beautiful and clean. It's location was amazing. Sitting on the balcony, in comfortable sturdy chairs, watching the Ottawa river flow by was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the unit had all of the conveniences of home. Stephen had thought of everything. We were able to make a dinner for 2 other family members in the large bright kitchen. We did not try the TV. The internet was excellent. Lots of parking behind the house....

“The reception is in another building, 300 m away, which caused us some confusion when arriving. When we got there, the staff was very kind and everything wenr smoothly. But please inform your guest that the check-in is in the Victoria Suites, at Rue Victoria, so your guests can go there directly. ”

“Personnel très disponible et bienveillant. Appartement propre, silencieux et confortable. Problème rencontré: incapable de compléter l'inscription en ligne avant l'arrivée à l'établissement. Le code postal? Pour le Canada 1 mais aucun choix Canada, vraiment pas clair. Heureusement, même sans code pour pour entrer, j'ai dû attendre une heure, un préposé à l'accueil, pour l'obtenir. ”

“Les Suites is located close to the city center where you have anything within walking distance. The people in the reception are nice and friendly, and there is a breakfast restaurant located in the lobby, even though it is small and not so well stocked but with quite high prices. The room is in fact just like a flat, and in my case it had a large livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms where the master bedroom had a bathroom en suite, a conference room(!) and another bathroom. Great...
