“We Reported the refrigerator was not working and dishwasher was not bolted in under the counter. I was told to just wait 24 hrs for it to start to cool. And that the dishwasher was fine. There was a mini refrigerator in the dining area that only cooled some on the top portion, hours later, but dripped. Looked to be froze up. After numerous email messages a day in a half later a maintenance man shows up and brings another old mini refrigerator to replace the other mini. He stated they have a...

“Our week staying at the Friendly Mullet was a fun, family trip. The quiet neighborhood, clean beach, and calm gulf water was great for small children. The rental was well stocked with all essential items and the gulf view from the covered patios was relaxing. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toy dump trucks were appreciated. We swam at the two pools each one time for a change of pace from the beach. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your rental home! ”
