“awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. ”
“I liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. ”
“We had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable—meeting Marriott’s usual standards. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the SkyTrain, making it simple to get to both the city centre and the airport.”

The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV.
The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...
“The hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, you’ll have to go elsewhere.”
“A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”
“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”
“Great little hotel. Rooms were clean,comfy, and very quiet, even tho right near the i5. Convenient location with gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, 7/11, and a few small restaurants, all next door.
Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle.
Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again.”
