“Firstly I had big hard staines on the top of my sheets.
Secondly I needed a taxi to get to the airport after my conference but the front desk staff said that they could not order a taxi for me. They had a computerscreen for me to order the expensive car they use (not a regular taxi) on but it was not working. So after about 15 min they unwillingly ordered me one of the expensive car they use. They said the car would be 6 min but after 15 min there was still no car. Luckely there was a normal...
