“A gem! Located in the historic Grandview District, this property was a wonderful find. Our cottage was beautifully finished and had a separate kitchen and living area. The best part for us was the pool - we had it all to ourselves! Felt like we were at a private resort. Walkable to the lovely Hive café for breakfast and lunch. If you want to “see and be seen “in Palm Beach, this isn’t your place. But all of those things are only 5 to 10 minutes away. For us, it was perfect.”

“Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....

“Ett hotell utöver det vanliga. Mycket familjär stämning och mycket servicemedveten personal. Personalen är väldigt personliga och det här var det hotell som vi var mest nöjd med vad gäller deras service och sätt att bemöta sina gäster. Rummet var mycket fint och man fick komma och gå som man ville i alla lokaler på hotellet. De hade två familjeduschar om hela familjen vill duscha tillsammans. Trots att man inte hade egen talet eller dusch till varje rum så fungerade det mycket bra då hotellet...

The host were wonderful, very responsive and the property was as it seemed in the pictures. Some of the other post alluded to the bed and it was a bit soft for my preference and my wife’s but we made due, it was only for a week. Outside of that the house was perfect! I would stay her again!”
