“Lovely cottage in Fremington. Nicely furnished and exactly as advertised. Kitchen has a washer/dryer which is very handy and a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with shower over bath and plentiful hot water. Beds really comfortable and loads of space upstairs. Underfloor heating in lounge was a treat and wood burner lovely on a cold February night. Enclosed front garden, made it easy for the dogs and would be nice to sit out in the summer. “Great location and lovely cottage. Very comfortable. It has been perfect for my needs.If I could suggest any improvement, it would be to change the upstairs bathroom matting as it’s looking discoloured and dirty.This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely be back ”

“Lovely cosy cottage. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.We loved the wildlife and the spectacular views. So peaceful and a very short drive to Barnard castle. If I'm to be picky I would say a heater would be a good idea in the conservatory for colder months. The cottage itself was really warm. I can honestly say there is nothing to complain about. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you.”

“River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too.
