Enjoy your ideal Cape Cod vacation from this relaxing beach retreat! Unwind in this beautiful, newly updated WATER VIEW HOME on the Hyannis/Yarmouth line situated only 120 yards to the private neighborhood Highland Street beach! The first floor includes an open living/dining/ kitchen area and dry bar. The kitchen is full of the utensils needed for cooking and grilling. Plates, utensils, and cups for young children are provided as well. Access to the patio is near the bar. There is an outdoor seating area with a propane fire table and grill which is perfect for entertaining!

There is a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, a separate sitting room with a queen sofa bed, and children’s play area with toys and books on this floor as well. This young BEACHSIDE VACATION home features all the amenities such as CENTRAL AIR Conditioning, a second floor Primary Suite (king bed) with private deck and water views and a grand primary bath with spa tub and walk in shower. There are two additional second floor bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a desk with a 2 monitor work station as well as a child’s crib with gently used infant/toddler mattress, waterproof cover and sheets. The other has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top).

The finished walk out lower level of the home offers additional sleeping space (a queen and a twin bed), a game room with pool table, sitting area with a second refrigerator and microwave, and leads to the yard and outdoor shower. Enjoy the beach and popular Hyannis Park area. Sit and watch the boats float by. You will be only a short distance to Tugboats for dining, Baxter’s Boathouse Clams, Trader Ed's for summer entertainment, and Hyannis Marina for boating. Dogs considered upon owner approval. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.
Off season cleaning fee applies, 2 night minimum rentals available.

We have stayed in several different areas on the Cape and on MV. This is our favorite family vacation spot.This house was exactly as it was listed.We brought our one yr old granddaughter for her first trip, and this house is well stocked for children. (Toys, high chair, porta crib/w sheets)The walk to the beach is as listed. My daughter and son-in-law (first trip), loved walking down with the baby!They have everything available to cook. Washer/dryer available.We had a great week!

Perfect Rental

House was amazing! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. So much room to spread out for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were extremely comfortable plus provided amenities like shampoo, detergent, soap & paper towels were much appreciated. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thanksgiving vacation

We spent Thanksgiving in this incredible home and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare our Thanksgiving feast which included a double oven! Location is in a beautiful area and we loved watching the ferries go in and out of the Hyannis Harbor. We all hated to leave and hope to come back some day! Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful stay in August 2024!

The house was convenient, clean, and spacious for our my family which is people from their 20s to their 50s. I'd suggest upgrading the TV and the rusted grill, but other than that the property had everything we could need including providing all bedding and towels which is a huge plus!

Family Getaway - First Time Cape Renters

The small beach at the end of the road is a very short walk and offers a great view of the bay and the daily ferry runs. The house sits on the corner of a quaint neighborhood that sees a lot of daily neighborhood traffic, but did not diminish its appeal. The area allows for ease of access to downtown Hyannis with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed Trader Ed’s at the Hyannis Marina. As first time renters on the Cape we were very pleased with our selection. Thank you for helping to create great memories. My true overall rating is 4.5

Loved the location

Overall, the house was nice and well equipped. The main issue was that the AC upstairs was not working properly resulting in some uncomfortable nights and limited sleep. The property manager was initially not responsive but then they sent fans. Fans didnt address the issue. Disappointing to spend so much on a vacation home and be so uncomfortable.

Wonderful vacation property!

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful home in mid May. The house is beyond beautiful, appointed with everything you could need. Very comfortable furniture and beds, great kitchen, absolutely no negatives. The views are amazing, a short walk to a great neighborhood beach, nice area for walking. Our group included my husband and I, my 89year old (spunky) mom, my close friend and her little dog, Lucy. All 5 of us has the best vacation in years! We all highly recommend this property. We give it 5 stars and Lucy gives it 5 bones!

Holiday Getaway

Overall, this property was fantastic. There was so much space! We had 9 people staying with us and could have easily accomodated a few more people comfortably. The decor was modern and beautiful and there were more than enough linens and other items, toiletries, kitchen items etc. that were not expected but greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was that one TV wasn't working and we missed out on use of the fire table since it was in the garage and we didn't know how to set it up safely, so we did not try!

Cape Vacation

We absolutely loved this property. Ideally located a quick walk to the beach. Ocean views from the master bedroom and the main floor. Well stocked with everything that we needed. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to Main St. in Hyannis. We can't wait to stay here again!!

Home Away from Away Home

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The accommodations were very comfortable and the space was perfect for multiple family members from young to old. The owners made sure each and every small touch was taken care of and available. Made you feel like you were at you were living there. Close to beaches, restaurants, activities, brew pubs, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Access to the local neighborhood beach was nice and convenient; proximity to public beaches, town and other attractions was very good; neighborhood was very friendly and the place was very clean and made you feel like home. The owner provided alot of conveniences and local information to help you get comfortable and settled quickly. It would have been nice if the manager had been able to forward this information prior to the trip. We would definitely do this rental again.

We loved our stay. The house is simply gorgeous. It’s spacious and very clean. My whole family was super comfortable. The beach was a min walk and the water was shallow and warm. Stunning Getaway

The home is absolutely stunning. The setting is beautiful with the view of the bay from the master suite, living room and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious. The home is comfortable with all that any family would need for a great Cape vacation. Close to restaurants and shops in downtown Hyannis. The home is located in a great area to walk and enjoy the scenery. The public beach area is about a 2 minutes walk which was amazing. Though no dogs are allowed on the public beaches from May 15 through Labor Day, our pup enjoyed the walks around the area and along Main Street in Hyannis. The restaurants with outdoor dining allowed dogs which was a plus for us. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable and we would definitely stay here again.
