“We had such an amazing time away at this little hidden gem of a property! It was just what we needed, peaceful and homely with the most fantastic view. We brought our two dogs along too. It had an awesome fully fenced yard for them to run around in, and they loved lounging on the deck almost as much as we did! Can’t recommend this place enough ”

Very comfortable living area and lovely big deck with BBQ.Great beds with hotel grade sheets and bedding.Maree was fantastic with communicating and left treats and milk in the fridge for us.We felt so welcome.Wonderful area too. The walk up Mt Manaia an absolute stunner.Incredible bush and views from the top.Highly recommended. ”

“Magic spot for girls weekend. Well equipped and easy. We will stay again , for sure.Two suggestions, outdoor furniture, we couldn’t find any. Also spare blankets in every wardrobe for us winter beach lovers and maybe a couple of arm chairs. The couches are designed for young backs .Probably the best equipped beach house we have rented.”

“My partner, friends and I loved our stay at the batch. It has everything you need for an awesome kiwi summer. Lots of chairs, tables, gazebo, bbq, outdoor sink, games, HDMI for tv and all kitchen amenities. We had heaps of fun at the batch and going on daily excursions around the area. Greg was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommend this place for its affordability, amenities, set up and location! Would love to come back with family or friends one day. Thanks Greg!”

“Loved our stay here! Very clean and well maintained! Even with 5 adults, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Set in a beautiful, quiet area. As we were from out of the country, we really appreciated that there was a device set up for USB charging. Hosts always answered questions quickly. An ideal place to stay if you're staying in the area!”

“5 of us stayed here for 3 days. When we arrived the layout of the airbnb was confusing and at first we thought we had to go outside just to get to the other half of the house then we moved a fridge and there was a door. It was freezing, There were no extra blankets and the down stairs kept flooding with water. The kitchen had minimal appliances and cookwear. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to town, with beautiful views. I did reach out to the owners asking for more heaters and blankets...
