Willamette National Forest

Room was ok. The whole bottom floor was blocked off and the elevator was out of order. Didn't say nothing on website about either. Wife was not happy because we were supposed to have room on bottom floor and she has bad knees and had to walk stairs for two days.

Our short stay (less than 12 hours) was perfectly fine. Everything seemed pretty good, however, there were orange warning signs from the fire marshal on every door leading into the building warning of dangerous conditions. The people behind the counter didn’t address these signs with me at all. Idk what that was about, but it certainly was concerning. Otherwise, everything was fine and the restaurant next door was amazing.

The River Tree is an excellent value here in this waterfront town of Clarkston. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-furnished. They serve a REAL breakfast, starting very early. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The price is very reasonable. This is my GO-TO place on my frequent trips here.
