“The unit was easy to find and get into. We arrived late at night, but had no problem getting into the front door. The unit was clean, and the instructions were well written out. The unit is in a nice neighborhood, quiet and easy walking to restaurants and stores. The owners made sure their communication was timely, and all questions were answered. We hope to stay next time we are in Portland.”

“House has not been updated since the early 80s, needs new beds badly…there are literally cots in one of the bedrooms. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. Kitchen has very little as far as cooking pots or utensils, there is no can opener! This house has potential, but some money needs to be put into fixing it up if it’s going to be rented. I was...

“We only had one night to stay here but it is one we would definitely stay at again. It was clean, bright, stocked with everything needed (no oven or range top but did have a toaster oven). It was very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs and very charming. We really enjoyed our quick visit. The only thing that could be an issue was there was a lot of steps to get down to the house which could be an issue for those with any mobility problems. “Lovely, quaint, tranquil location. Located near local coffee shops, markets, and dining. The room was perfect - tastefully decorated, enough space for two adults, more-than-adequate storage space for a short stay, spacious bathroom with amenities, small kitchenette with refrigerator. Host was proactive and quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot for a few days and nights of relaxation.”
