We really enjoyed our stay, lovely quiet site and perfect for people with dogs, the host was fantastic and even provided a little goodie box for the dogs We look forward to staying here again when we come back to the Lake District

Short Break
Excellent accommodation, thoroughly enjoyable short break for my children, myself and our dog. Every thought was put in to make it a relaxing enjoyable break, even a dog hamper full of treats. Excellent communication with the owners 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will definitely be going back😁😁

Couldn’t Recommend This Place More…
What a great place! Everything about Helen’s cabin is fantastic. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. A short drive or easy walk to both Ambleside and Bowness-on-Windermere. If you want to venture out further in the Lake District it serves as a great day trip base. Helen was responsive, kind, and helpful with all of our questions and needs. We can’t wait to come back!

Good for a family stay
Nice little resort (run by Parkdean) for a family stay. The bar and restaurant area is good. The access to the lake is a bit limited though unless you have your own watercraft. Not especially near other attractions or hiking, so works if you have a car. Though there might be a shuttle service to Bowness and there is a bus stop.

Lovely lodge in the Lakes
We stayed for 3nts and had a great time. The lodge is fantastic, clean and very well equipped and is located in a fab position on the site. The site was perfect for us and our girls aged 5 & 3 and there is a little arcade and swimming pool and kids disco at night (we stayed at half term and I think the entertainment might only be during school holidays but not 100%) as well as play areas. The site has everything you need without being too big. The marina is so idyllic and my girls loved feeding the ducks. Helen, you are lucky to have a lodge there and thank you for letting us stay in it!

Late mothers day weekend
Had a lovely weekend, the lodge was outstanding. Everything we needed down to a pen was available , couldnt ask for anymore thank you Helen will try and come again soon. P.S the little bunny rabbits right outside was a lovely sight too.

Incredible from start to finish!
I knew as soon as we booked we would have a great time. Helen sent us an email with things to do. We visited Cathedral caves & the Roman fort. Both a brilliant day out! The lodge was clean & everything we needed was there! Amazing weekend away, thank you very much

A great stay booked on the last minute. Helen was suburb - communicating with us even at a very late hour to make sure we had useful information before we arrived. The lodge was perfect for our family of 4 and the area is great for exploring countryside and nearby towns. I would happy book again.

Perfect weekend!
Our lodge was clean, spacious, modern and a nice spot of luxury in comparison to our usual trips to the lakes! We travelled with a 2 month old and our 6 year old and there were all the amenities etc we needed for a very comfortable stay! Communication with the owner was easy and friendly and check in was hassle free. We will definitely book again in the future!

Short stay
The lodge was just lovely for our short stay with 2 dogs. This was a taste of the Lakes after many years and the first visit for our daughter. The location was just right for having a look around the area and we were able to easily visit places we wished to see. Very pleased with everything provided for the dogs and all the information on the area sent to us by the owner ahead of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Daisy Lodge. The accommodations were comfortable and well equipped. The holiday park is centrally located to the area's attractions. Our host Helen gave us many helpful tips and ideas for our visit. She also responded very quickly to our questions. She gets 5-stars!

What a great 3 night stay at this Lodge. Amazing location, both in the lakes and in the park itself, just a 5 min walk to the Lake. The lodge was lovely, homely and accommodated for everything! Clean, tidy and little touches that made it feel a home away from home. We'll definitely be back! :)

The property had everything we needed, comfy beds, dvd’s/ books if needed and a box for dogs that included treats and toys. We enjoyed our stay as the lodge was in a quiet area but near to the entrance/exit of the park, as well as the reception.

Lovely little lodge in a fabulous location near the lake. Easy bus/car ride to Bowness, Ambleside & many other stunning locations. Clubhouse available for food if you need it & the dogs are allowed in too! Great communication with Helen, anything you need just ask. Wifi is a bit iffy but who cares. There's a cupboard full of stuff if you do have a night in, we've now all become professional poker players! Many thanks, see you again x

Fabulous break!
We had a fabulous time at Daisy lodge! A lovely, clean and cosy place and very welcoming for doggies! The doggy box was a lovely touch! Beds very comfortable, nice reclining chairs in the lounge, modern, clean and well equipped kitchen. Communication from Helen the owner was fantastic! The site is lovely too, great for families and dog friendly everywhere. We didn’t get any WiFi in the lodge despite bringing a booster but Helen did warn us that we wouldn’t likely get a good WiFi signal from the lodge so was expected. The lodge is 2 minute walk from the club house though where WiFi is very accessible. Despite the weather we had plenty to do as the site is central to popular visiting places such as Bowness and Ambleside. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We are hoping to book a return visit soon!

Booked this lodge as a last minute getaway and I'm so glad that I did! The lodge was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Helen is a superb host, really friendly and informative. The location of the lodge is excellent and is a perfect place to visit with children. We enjoyed swimming and the evening entertainment. My children also loved all the activities at Brockholes, which is just a short walk from the holiday park. A fantastic time was had by all! We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect location.
