This vacation villa has one of the best locations and views available, which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the brand new ROAM neighborhood. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym (pictured and off site) are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
