“Wonderful little spot. Very happy.”

“Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights. The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided. Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials.”

“Absolutely perfect location for exploring the city. Comfy beds and beautifully clean. Host was extremely quick at getting in touch when we had a query. Easy to park on the street. Would recommend”

“Easily walkable to university and town centre”

“This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.”

“Excellent house, located in a quiet area but just 10 mins north of Lincoln city. House is spacious and well appointed. Large kitchen, dinning and living room area. Large garden and hot tub that'll hold 4 people comfortably, 6 at a squeeze. Really enjoyed my time as well as the other guests.”

“Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. Easy for dog walking.Easy and helpful communication with our host who provided advice on places to eat.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.”
