“First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. Probably the most basic stay I've ever had but not bad at all, you get what you pay for. Dealing with Marta was a delight, great...

“Beautiful cottage in a very scenic peaceful town. The property has all the amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. We loved the town of Painswick. It’s very friendly and scenic here. They have a tesco close by to cover your grocery needs. Sean was very generous in stocking up the fridge with breakfast items and pastries! We would love to revisit this property and town again ”

“Lovely functioning mildly old school cabin in the middle of the country side. Very comfortable bed. We found everything we needed. Our dogs were content. Very quiet. “Wonderful views; great facilities”

“The house itself is nice but when we arrived there was a lot of rubbish around the house. The kitchen lacked glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. We bought glasses ourselves and the rest was brought after two days. The WiFi was not working and consequently the TV didn't go either. A new WiFi was dropped at the house after five (!) days which we installed ourselves but the TV still didn't work. At one day somebody stood in front of the house and wanted to show it to somebody who was interested to buy...

“Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu...

“Very spacious, comfy and easy. Perfect for families and friends to get together. Private pool a few steps away from the front door, access to the main spa//pools, honestly - we didn't want to leave! We will be booking again. ”

The property is of a very high standard in terms of interior decor and quality appliances etc. We enjoyed using the facilities of Lower Mill Estate and cooking meals in the home.
