“Great location and room. Very noicy from conference guests/parties during the night. No AC which is a minus during the summer. Staff did’nt speak much english. Good massage.”

“We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, with good coffe available in the room which was welcome after drinking Nescafe for a few days. The breakfast buffét had lots of options and everything was as expected on this point from one of the best hotels in Bansko. ”

“Stor och fin lägenheten i förhållande till priset dock var service och bemötande mycket dåligt. Vi fick byta lägenhet dag två då det läckte in vatten genom taket i den vi bodde i först. Den vi fick istället var äldre, klart mindre och saknade balkong, öppenspis och tvättmaskin. Detta påpekade vi för hon som stod i receptionen och förväntade oss någon form av kompensation men vi fick inget. Vi bad även henne ta detta med sin chef men vi fick ingen återkoppling alls. Även deras transport fram...

“Hotellet jättefint med utmärkt frukostbuffé. Infrastrukturen runt hotellet var dock bedrövlig med bara grus och sten och pågående byggarbeten.”
