Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. “Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!”

“It was great service. And the resort has a lot of potential. However the air conditioning was not functioning well and everything inside got humid both day and night. The beach needs to be cleaned more often. If you are going to book the snorkeling tour from the hotel make sure to ask them if they have only snorkelers or also divers. We had 2 divers with us witch requires more time and a different schedule than snorkeling so we ended up just waiting for them for a really long time. The...
