Zemurray Park

Motel très proche d'un axe routier ce qui entraîne un bruit incessant. Installations vieillissantes....

I stayed here a couple of times and it was only OK. The hotel is unstaffed, which limits service capability. On both stays, in different rooms, the air conditioner was so loud that it kept us up at night, and in neither room did either television function properly. For these reasons, I won’t be going back for any other stays. I notified staff that the televisions were inoperable, but again there was no sort of action made to rectify this malfunction. In one of the rooms there were lines of tiny bugs (ants?), and again no offer was made to change rooms or anything when the staff was notified. They were nice in expressing regrets about these issues, but still no solution. I will say the property is very clean and I wanted to support them since it seems like an independent company. In the second room, the shower water temperature fluctuated significantly, which made it less than enjoyable. Also, maybe not a traveler’s concern, but the structure of the shower is such that water comes out into the bathroom area very easily, which seems like poor design.
