“The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.”

“Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning.”

“The perfect place to spend 3 days in Zermatt. Kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Laundry facilities, which was greatly needed. Beautiful view of the town of Zermatt and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Rental office very responsive and great to work with. They scheduled a taxi for us at a discounted rate when we arrived and left. Love this place! ”

“The location to the train station was a nice walk, but not too difficult or uncomfortable; yet the option of taking a cab was also convenient. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, modern, centrally-located, in a gorgeous old neighborhood. Amenities within the apartment included everything you could need. “We had a great stay at the Luna chalet. The distance up the hill was a little bit of a hike from the the city center but the view from the terrace was amazing and worth the little bit of an inconvenience of the location. we called for a taxi most of the time and that was easy to contact them. “Nice, clean, spacious apartment within 10minutes walk from Zermatt station and 2 supermarkets. Large rooms and good facilities. A lift is available to get to the 3rd floor although there are over 20 steps to carry luggage up to get in the building! The host is very responsive to messages both before and during our stay. Only reason for 9/10 is due to damp smell from the bathroom that other reviewers have mentioned and that we weren't allowed to extend our check-out to 11am. We were offered a...
