“We had stayed at the Krystal Grand a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go back and stay in the Altitude Tower this time! Unfortunately is was not at all as we expected. The rooms in the Tower (a supposed upgrade) reeked of mold and when we changed rooms the mold was just as bad as in the second room as it was it first! “I really enjoyed my birthday stay at Paradisus!! The garden view room was well kept and clean. The staff was amazing, beautiful property and amazing food. Only had the breakfast as I ate dinner off the resort but it was really good. Room service 10/10. Swimmable beach and I was provided with a free bottle of wine as an Expedia perk. Not far from the activities I wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cabo.”
