“The resort was amazing and the staff was wonderful. They would meet you with a warm greeting every day and would always make themselves available. Diana, Gabriel, Brisa and Roberto gave wonderful recommendations for excursions, providing the utmost detail so nothing would catch us by surprise. Since we had children in our party, our concern was their safety and enjoyment, to which these four ensured we were properly informed of. Overall a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back.”

“The Marquis was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing. Only draw back was the overall selection of beer. Gift shop is something to avoid. Another negated we didn’t receive the resort credit as sold on Expedia. Very important to get the app on arrival, the other Marquis app had nothing to do with our stay.”

“When we arrived they told us our solarium room was not available because of electrial being shut off. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. Its clean, safe, staff is friendly, all the restaurants and buffet was delicious. Bed was comfortable, and we are picky. Had extra pillow and blanket, ironing board and iron in closet. They have coffee in room, drinks in fridge, room service was...
