âWe absolutely loved our stay at the Altitude Krystal Grand!! We did the Altitude upgrade ( highly recommend) and everything was outstanding. The staff, conceige, greeters, security, housekeeping, wait staff, bar tenders, entertainment crew ( Marco, Daniela, Luis, Juan, Estephanie, just to name a few ) Drinks were yummy and constantly flowing, good was great.
