“This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!”

“Stay started off poorly- were not informed that the main pool and adult pool were green! Closed for first part of stay and nothing communicated by hotel. When they were cleaned it improved! Asian restaurant was amazing. Staff very kind, Pedro was fantastic! Paint coming off the buffet area. Room was nice. Overall a decent stay but pools were a disaster for sure.”

“GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. “Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”
