“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”

“The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Kudos to the maintenance and housekeeping staffs! It is exactly what you would expect from this level of hotel. However, my review is mainly about the safety. We know the Bronx, so the surroundings of the hotel did not surprise us. However, what did surprise us is the lack of any sort of security for the guests at this property. The front desk staff is behind a solid wall of bullet proof glass. To buy a bottle of water, it has to be...

“Trevlig personal med helt okej rum men badrummet va rätt slitet. Lyhört och stökigt område. Ingen frukost eller städ ”

“Sunkigt hotell. Upplevelse av ett otryggt område.”

“Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room”

“For being what it is, it was OK. Wouldn't stay here with my family, but as someplace to crash overnight it wasn't bad. A bit run down, but the room was clean and the bathroom had even good soaps, shampoo and lotions. Front desk guy (behind glass) was friendly and helpful. ”

“Quiet. Everything you need in the safe neighborhood. Subway to everywhere right outside the door”

“Great hotel! However dinner was below expectations”

“Perfekt hotell för en dag med shopping. Bra ställe att äta på just utanför och trevlig personal.”

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”

“The property was beautiful and very clean. Upon walking in the entrance it smelled amazing. Tons of food options within walking distance or by uber. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was chef’s kiss and felt amazing. There were 2 issues with my stay and they weren’t major. The iron in the room didn’t work, but front desk staff resolved that issue very quickly. The other was no ice bag liners for the ice bucket. Outside of that I enjoyed my stay. The location is close...

“Ett perfekt boende om man ska flyga från La Guardia. Trevlig personal och man fick en halvflaska vin när man checkade in.”
