âThis is a nice place to stay waiting for the plane to depart. However, it is very poorly sound insulated. I could hear people talking in the room next to mine and I also woke up from the snoaring of the guy in the room next to mine! So a strong recommendation: bring ear plugs! Breakfast is a basic American breakfast, i e a lot of sweet stuff (frost flakes, pancakes with syrup etc). The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.â

âThe receptionist was excellent. Hotel is clean and in a good area. Walked to shopping and to the Allstate Arena for a concert. Felt very safe. Would stay here again!â
âVery good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to shareâŠâ
âThis was such an incredible Hotel. Our flights got canceled out of Chicago and I was lucky to find one room available here at the Hyatt super clean. The staff was beyond amazing. Jamie checked us in at the hotel and we loved the restaurant. The food was incredible and Bruna at the coffee shop was the sweetest employee and makes my coffee delicious!
