âThe staff was super friendly. The breakfast was decent; we were there for 3 mornings and only 1 had bananas that were edible. The room wasn't sound proof, but not bad. â
âVĂ€ldigt fint hotell. Super sköna sĂ€ngar. Trevlig och tillmötesgĂ„ende personal. God och riklig frukost. KĂ€nns som ett affĂ€rshotell men Ă€ven okej för barnfamilj. Stora och luftiga utrymmen. VĂ€ldigt rent och frĂ€scht. Dyr liten shop vid servicedisken. Gratis internet enbart för medlemmar, annars 10$. BekvĂ€m shuttle service, obs kolla med chauffören att du vĂ€ljer rĂ€tt dĂ„ det tydligen finns flera Sheraton dit de Ă„ker. â
âVery good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to shareâŠâ
âThis is a nice place to stay waiting for the plane to depart. However, it is very poorly sound insulated. I could hear people talking in the room next to mine and I also woke up from the snoaring of the guy in the room next to mine! So a strong recommendation: bring ear plugs! Breakfast is a basic American breakfast, i e a lot of sweet stuff (frost flakes, pancakes with syrup etc). The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.â

âBilly assistant manager was excellent and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. Itâs refreshing to find great customer service. The room was really quiet. But if you want to drink coffee and cook bring your coffee pot and anything you might need. The website says that they have a grab and go and it does not. Also bring your own towels or pay for more.
