âThe receptionist was excellent. Hotel is clean and in a good area. Walked to shopping and to the Allstate Arena for a concert. Felt very safe. Would stay here again!â
âThe staff was the best part. Also the restaurant/bar was amazing. The rooms are very nice and spacious for the cost! The fact that you have to pay for parking was the pit, as well as the dirty folded sheet left as clean on the pull out couch. â

âEdvard Hotel Chicago is a good valuable hotel for someone that does not need a lot of restaurants and activities close to the hotel.
It is very good for an overnighter that will fly out within a day or two.
The service is very good, nice and service minded personnel. Breakfast is okay.
Having said that , there are opportunities for improvements. For example, repair, install new gym equipment and some other worse out parts of the facility. It would also be appreciated if table settings in...
âVery good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to shareâŠâ
âThis is a nice place to stay waiting for the plane to depart. However, it is very poorly sound insulated. I could hear people talking in the room next to mine and I also woke up from the snoaring of the guy in the room next to mine! So a strong recommendation: bring ear plugs! Breakfast is a basic American breakfast, i e a lot of sweet stuff (frost flakes, pancakes with syrup etc). The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.â
âThis was such an incredible Hotel. Our flights got canceled out of Chicago and I was lucky to find one room available here at the Hyatt super clean. The staff was beyond amazing. âI had a rough night last night with a flight delay and then cancellation. I got a last minute room and Wendy at the late night front desk went out of way to take care of me. She knew I hadnt been able to get any food at the airport and she found me something to eat in the breakroom along with some utensils and water. She was the bright spot in a very dismal situation. Thank you.â

âBilly assistant manager was excellent and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. Itâs refreshing to find great customer service. The room was really quiet.
