Lägenhetshotell i Akumal

“Very nice place, really calm and beautiful place.”

“The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year.”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish, and it fell far below the standard that was advertised. The rooms were not clean upon arrival. The shower drain was completely clogged with old hair, and we had to clear it ourselves just to be able to use the shower. The toilet also became blocked during our stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with several essential items missing. The frying pans were incompatible with the induction...

“Me están cobrando cuando ni tan siquiera llegué quise cancelar y no quisieron”

“The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. “El lugar esta muy limpio, bonito, cumple su propósito.”

“Bra lägenhet i förhållande till pris. Hyrde penthouse lägenhet och uteplatsen med tillhörande kök var inte städat samt saknades det utemöbler”

“Great place!”

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
