“Pros: The house was very spacious, clean and the decor was rustic Mallorcan style. We loved the large and well-maintained outside area, the pool and the bbq/summer kitchen. The views from the villa are stunning. The host is always there for you and addresses issues if they arise. "Bra utbud av frukost - måste säga bland de bästa, mycket hjälpsam personal och de var aktiva varje morgon med att städa rummen. Däremot hade hotellet i princip allt i form av två pooler och spa som finns (ej inkluderat). Min enda besvikelse är just att jacuzzi inte fanns vilket är min personliga sak. Överlag bland de bästa hotellen jag varit på. Bra intryck av Spanien - staden Alcuida. Värt ett återseende på nytt."

"Nice breakfast menu but breakfast started really late (7:45) so most of the early day was lost, The lobby personnel were really helpful, but…the cleaning lady left the balcony door on the first floor sometimes open and sometimes unlocked. We got one towel on the room for two people. The pool towels were really expensive: 10€ rent day/towel and 10€ deposit, the souvenirs stores sell cheaper towels. But we skipped the pool area all together. The ”entertainment” was too loud, and lasted long into the night with ”artists” singing songs in wrong key. We were second from shouting ”Sing it correctly or go home!” The pictures doesn’t show the true impressions. We would not book it again, if we returned."
