“AMAZING place to stay!! Location was awesome - overlooks beautiful Cruz Bay, and minutes away from restaurants and entertainment! The property manager and owners were so attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. They even had a gorgeous fruit basket, cheese, crackers, and bottle of wine chilled upon our arrival! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely be back!”

“Stayed here with my brother and both our boys, for a guys trip. This place had 4 beach chairs, 4 big comfy beach towels and a cooler. That was just what we needed. The kitchen was small, but clean and organized. Each room has its own remote to set the temperature which cooled it very well. “This is a beautiful location right on the ocean and very central to activities on the island. Chad and Emily were there to greet us, offered us great suggestions as to how to enjoy the island, and even made us delicious cookies upon our arrival.The cottage is well-appointed and very clean. The space is very private and separate from the main house. Jill was there to meet us and the info she gave prior really made a difference in our trip. She was very informative on the area, and had several books on where to go for snorkeling, hiking and food. “It is a quiet accommodation with nearby places to eat and shop located in a central area. Good communication. The air works well. It doesn't have a water heater but the island is hot but refreshing at night. Otherwise excellent.”

“We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

“Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us.
