Can’t beat the space and location of this property for your trip to Annapolis! Just a block away from Navy Stadium for any events, and a mile or less from other downtown amenities, restaurants, and shops!

This is the perfect house for groups- boat show, college reunions, football trips, tailgates, bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are walking distance to Navy Stadium, West Annapolis, a grocery store, bagel shop, juice bar, and more. Also walkable to Tawes Garden Park.

More about the place - you’ll find 3 bedrooms upstairs, a flowing first floor space with kitchen, dining, and TV, and patio door out to a cute deck with dining table, grill, and brick patio with a fire pit!Downstairs, you’ll find a wet bar, comfy furniture, full bath, and pullout couch to make the space a 4th bedroom.

Good times!

Great location, close to downtown Annapolis and a block away from the USNA Stadium (for those interested). Cozy stay and would recommend for folks wanting to get away or be w/in a stone’s throw of the harbor.

Great for I-Day Dropoff

My family of 7 stayed here to drop my son off for USNA Plebe Summer. Positives -- 1. With plenty of space, we were able to relax for 2 days before I-Day. 2. Short walk to the stadium for I-Day shuttle, and 3. short drive to downtown Annapolis for shopping/restaurants. We had 3 problems — 1. Only 2 washcloths in the entire house, and owner would not bring any more, 2. Upstairs bedrooms were hot (didn’t communicate with owner about this) 3. Main floor had an odor (communicated with owner about this with no resolution).

Great stay for a Navy game.

Perfect location walking distance from Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. The house is well equipped with lots of amenities. Easy setup for larger groups with children.

Literally just down the street from Navy’s Memorial stadium, this is a good choice if the priority of your visit is the game. Accommodations were fine. For higher ratings
some things need adjustments. Regardless
you could do worse. And you could likely do better.

Great stay! Lots of space

One of the best stays we had

Check in process was easy, host conveyed and followed up through messages. The house was really clean with all the instructions on where to find what. They had enough sofas and adjust my group of 9people. The property is in one of the safest neighborhoods. Overall a really good and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this house to others and would definitely go back if I visit Annapolis again!

Comfortable home attractively decorated.

Because of a system failure in our own home we had to find safe lodging for maybe up to a week. This home was comfortable and has very pleasant and helpful owners.
