âEdvard Hotel Chicago is a good valuable hotel for someone that does not need a lot of restaurants and activities close to the hotel.
It is very good for an overnighter that will fly out within a day or two.
The service is very good, nice and service minded personnel. Breakfast is okay.
Having said that , there are opportunities for improvements. For example, repair, install new gym equipment and some other worse out parts of the facility. It would also be appreciated if table settings in...
âThis is a nice place to stay waiting for the plane to depart. However, it is very poorly sound insulated. I could hear people talking in the room next to mine and I also woke up from the snoaring of the guy in the room next to mine! So a strong recommendation: bring ear plugs! Breakfast is a basic American breakfast, i e a lot of sweet stuff (frost flakes, pancakes with syrup etc). The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.â
âVery good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to shareâŠâ
âThe hotel staff at the desk were very accommodating, I was checked in quickly and had my room key in less than five minutes. A little confusion on the parking as you are charged for it and you must have a QR code to get out of the parking lot.
