“Fun vibe. Small room”

“Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front...

“Oxford Suites has great staff. Warm and friendly, ready with anything you need. Really enjoy the bar and hot meal after a long day driving. It is well located with easy access to anything in the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. We will stay here again!”

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”

It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?”

“The the property was very rundown. There was a huge stain on the ceiling in our shower. The mattresses were terrible. There was barely any linen on our beds and no extra blankets. There are people who live at this hotel. Sunday morning the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate because there was a fire. We missed our event because of the fire.It was a horrible stay. I will never stay at a motel six again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.”

“The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...

“What I didn’t about the Madison Inn Hospital District was booking the reservation through Expedia.NEVER AGAIN Expedia. NEVER”

“Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay”

“They have a wonderful staff and an awesome gym. We stay here whenever we find ourselves visiting family in Spokane. It’s super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars as well as across the street from riverfront park.”
