“Booked 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds. All 3 rooms have musky smell. Bathrooms are missing shower gel. One room with broken window blind. One room was missing coffee maker and dirty (un-vacuumed) carpet upon checked in. Despite addressing problems to staff (who was nice and friendly), none was fixed.”

“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

“Wonderful as ever”

“Our room was ready when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected. It was also clean. Check in was fast and friendly staff. The breakfast was great a lot of good options and it never ran out, which is nice when the hotel is sold out. I did not use hot tub. Overall a great experience and we will still here again.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Our first room smelled kind of funky so we asked the lovely staff at the front desk about it and they moved us to a nice new perfectly nice smelling room asap! The included breakfast was nice and parking was plentiful.”

“The room was ok just the floor when water from my soda can dripped on the floor when I wipe it up the cloth was filthy but the floor looked clean. As far as the staff they were very polite and did the best they could when the vending machine ate my money I guess they managed to get it back for me when I went to pick it up at front desk they couldn't find it so I told them to just add it to the tip I left in the room for the ladies that clean it.
