Hotell nära Splash Down Waterpark

“Free cookies and tea was a best part”

“The room was very very clean. The staff was very nice. It was decorated for Halloween. We like that extra mile. The breakfast bar was clean and tidy. The food was kept well. Everything about the state was wonderful.”

“We always stay at this property when visiting Spokane. Value for money. Friendly helpful staff.”

“The heater didn't work and i froze the whole night. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was plugged up. the toilet smelled, and the mattress kept sliding off the frame. The TV remote barely worked... and when i asked for a blanket.... I didn't get one for at least 1/2 hour after I requested a blanket. Renting a room from this place was a mistake. I think you should refund my money.... worst place I have ever stayed in.”

“Our stay here was good but the staff was truly excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with housekeeping checking in halfway through our stay.”

“Staff super helpful. Tea/coffee and water avaible all day.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Convenient, clean and comfortable.”

“Everything was excellent except for the little side store they had that carried basic essentials. It could have been a little more well-stocked.”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times and it has never disappointed me. Looks like some recent remodeling has been done. Just one little hiccup with the in room Keurig so l let the front desk know at checkout.”
