“As someone who has stayed here multiple times this time was such a let down. We pulled out the pullout bed and the sheet was not changed and covered in sta8ns. The tub had pubes all around it. Seemed someone cleaned in a hurry. Not a deal breaker, but hope they improve for next time.”

“Staff in general was great. Loved the breakfast staff, very helpful. Thursday night check in lobby clerk was making weird jokes, I was not a fan. Room was a little worn but it was clean, had everything we needed plus extras like Kirkland coffee pods, comfortable heating/cooling. I would stay there again.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“The hotel is in walking distance to Riverfront Park. I thought the bathroom situation in my room was super annoying because the counter and sink are the in the common area and the shower toilet are in a separate room. You need these little tickets to get breakfast and a free drink in the bistro and that was also pretty annoying. But the staff was great, the pool area was totally adequate and fine, and it was fairly quiet Saturday night. ”

“One of the worst hotel experiences. We stayed two nights Friday night and Saturday night, but we’re told there was no refund available for Saturday night. So without accommodations we had to stay. On Friday there were many people, including the staff that were sitting in the lobby, drinking and being very loud past 11 at night.
