“The hotel property and our room was looking run-down and shabby. It’s obvious that things like carpets, walls, trim, elevators, etc. have not been kept up. Our room smelled kind of musty, the carpets had stains, and there were some stains on the bathroom wall. The run-down nature of the hotel just makes it look not clean and not appealing. Some front desk staff are great - others are not very attentive and make you feel like it’s a chore to help you. There are no luggage carts to help haul stuff...

“The place feels more like a cheap rundown apartment complex, there are obviously guest living there. States no pets allowed, but that policy is ignored. Key card locked stairwell doors weren’t working so there’s no security. We stayed here at a desperation due to wildfire evacuation; would never stay here again.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Was great location, fun stuff for kiddos. I love that it’s pet friendly. But it can have a more comfortable queen bed and needs a window AC for the room. Other than that great place for me and my family to rest and sleep. Thanks we will be back again sometime!”

“Perfect location to everything (shopping and restaurants). Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered options for every one. Pillows in room are awesome. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Spokane.”
