“The door on the room was horrible. The key didn't work well at all. The staff told us about it but it was pretty bad. It made it dangerous for us when we arrived back to the hotel late that evening. They really need to have it fixed or don't give people these room.”

“Check in was slow. Only one attendant and people waited 15 to 20 minutes to check in. There was only one other person in front of me and and it took 15 minutes. Later I saw the check in line out the door of the lobby. Seemed an additional employee would have been a solution if possible. Pool was next door and that was a surprise as the weather was still cool. Room was adequate.”

“Room was kinda clean but outdated, had dried food splatter on our curtains and wall. No continental breakfast the two days we were there. The staff was friendly when we had encounters with them.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”
