Hotell nära Arbutus Memorial Park

“Clean room, friendly staff, great location. Hotel is close to the airport & many eating options. Located in a quiet area but still close to everything.(downtown was less than 15 minutes away) The rooms were spacious & clean. Some furniture is a little outdated but comfortable. Many other reviews mentioned having hot water issues - this was not a problem for us. Water was hot. Pool & hot tub were a great plus. Staff was very friendly & made sure to speak to guests as we would come in & out....

“The front desk was helpful and the hotel was generous. The shuttle was not running when we checked out, but the staff had a LYFT arranged at no charge to us! So impressed by that caring gesture that I will stay there again ”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
