“I did not like the bed, that may just be me but I ended up sleeping on the floor and I do not enjoy sleeping on the floor. Silly me but that hurt my opinion of the hotel.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
