“Shuttle was good”

“Breakfast was poor, staff had a hard time keeping up with supplies such as coffee cups, creamer, english muffins, baked goods, ketchup, syrup. She kept running out all the above on both mornings, oh and in addition to to-go containers. It wasn’t that there were none left, she just couldn’t keep it stocked out front. It’s hard to justify paying for a partial breakfast. Me and my husband travel a lot and there have been free breakfasts at other hotels that blows this one out of the water. Also...

“Entire experience was great”

“What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it.”

“All of the personale were polite and hospitable. Breakfast was the best- with some made to order items. The bar is cute,cozy and prices were reasonable. I plan to stay there anytime I’m in traveling to Baltimore. ”

“This hotel was Fabulous. If Ihad to complain I would say the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. Other than that, my family and I absolutely love it. ”

“Toilets need to be cleaned better, EXCELLENT STAFF, great breakfast. Only issues is the toilet, housekeeping needs to deep clean toilets and bathrooms”

“Room was clean but requires significant maintenance. Paint chipping off walls. Parking was ample, but there were piles and piles of trash in the rear of the parking lot. Elevator had duct tape on it, which wasn’t comforting. Staff were nice during interactions, but had to wait at desk for them for a while. Bed was comfy and shower had a lot of water pressure. Outlets were loose so had to constantly readjust them to charge items before trip. I would not stay here again unless forced to.”

“Pay 17 dollars a night for parking. No free breakfast. Breakfast cost 24.99 per person for a ordinary hotel breakfast. Pool heater not working or waterfall feature not working. Hallway to room needed to be maintained. Rude front desk staff.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“Air conditioner was fine room was a little messy like stuff on the floor and we couldn’t check in until 4 because the rooms weren’t done being cleaned at 3 ”
