“Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. “Excellent hotel! Surpassed expectations. I don’t typically like all inclusive resorts, but we had a great time here. They had something for everyone! The gym, spa, multiple pools, waterpark, etc were all top notch! The staff were very friendly. Everyone was so helpful and always had a smile. There was a ton of variety in the restaurants and food. It was pretty good. So much to offer. I can’t believe the value we got. Would definitely return. ”

“Don't even know where to start, but a few things: Tried to get contact with the hotel one month before arrival, but no answer on my e-mail. It was almost impossible to find the hotel since the name was something totally different than what was listed on hotels.com. No toilet paper and when I went to the reception I got some without a word from the staff. Most annoying was the lack of service what so ever.”

“I’ve been to various countries and have stayed at many hotels. THIS apartment I rented left all other vacation stay locations IN THE DUST! The roominess and cleanliness, the courteous and friendly staff making sure all was well throughout my stay. The JUICIEST part was the SPACIOUS apartment WITH a jacuzzi! The company GESPROIN is winner and now has a loyal customer for life!”
