Inspired by the initials of our children's names for the time we spent away from them to create this apartment, Ai luxury residence in Kolonaki will be the best place to enjoy Athens.The luxurious residence with 4 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, one shared WC, features a living room with a 75'' flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and cotton-satin linens from renowned brands, as well as Chopard toiletries, are provided.

According to Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Change Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term leases. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter period (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer period (April to October).

All the guests must present a valid passport/ID for mandatory registration with the Tax Authority. The reasons we need this information from our guests are to declare our income. Our stay was phenomenal! The apartment is beyond luxurious and spacious. It has 4 huge and comfortable bedrooms and each has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer (which is rare in Greece). The location in Kolonaki is suburb, with shops and restaurants surrounding the unit. The host arranged our transports to and from the airport and had sweets and water for us when we arrived. Everything was luxurious about this home - the host, the unit and the location. We can’t wait to stay here again!
