âThe apartment is really lovely with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! I spent most of my days by the rooftop pool, a relaxing area where you have a view of the ocean in every direction.

âReal bad price value ratio. Staff unfriendly, especially management. Service really bad for a high star hotel. Beds unmade when we arrived in the middle of the night, took 30 mins to get someone to do them. To few elevators to cater for all guest with horrible waiting times as result. Everything at hotel is at rip off prices, like a bag of Cheetos for 14 dollar in the hotel mini marketâ

âCan absolutly recommend this hotel,stayed in a nice queen room with a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was amazing, has everything you want ; omelette station, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt, wafles, pancakes, mexikan specialites etc. Even candy! The beach by the hotel is beautiful, white sand & palmes, they clean for sea weed every morning. Had dinner at the hotel as well and that was also very good. Friendly staff everywhere.

âOur recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay. Given that this was the highlight for us when booking, it was a major letdown and affected the entire experience.

âThis was our 6th visit and we canât wait for our 7th!
The check in process at the Expedia counter was super fast and easy! Odalys and Hayver we so helpful and friendly. The manager Andrea does a great job keeping her staff updated and efficient.
The staff at sea flirt breakfast ( Charly and Jair) always went above and beyond for us.
The playmakers were so entertaining and fun! And as 2 single women, the security staff always made us feel safe (Daniel was protective and kind).

"The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable bed but pillows were very hard and thick. Nespresso coffee available in the room and minibar was included.
We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night. We had to call the reception to come and tell them to be quiet. In the morning we asked for a room with no connecting door and the reception changed it for us.
The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was âglued beefâ and the steak had very soft texture and didnât taste beef.
The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools.
Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym.
Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "

"Our recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay. Given that this was the highlight for us when booking, it was a major letdown and affected the entire experience.
We also had high hopes for our honeymoon celebration. We requested a bottle of champagne to be waiting in our room upon check-in, which the staff kindly acknowledged in their email communication prior to our arrival. Sadly, the champagne was not delivered as promised, and it was only after I emailed the front desk again that we finally received itâ24 hours later. While the gesture was appreciated, the timing had already passed, and the moment was not quite the same.
The lack of attention continued at check-out, where we were not even asked how our stay had been. This was quite surprising and left a negative final impression. I have never stayed at a hotel where staff didnât show any interest in the guestâs experience upon departure.
On the plus side, the beach was beautiful, and the Italian and Mexican restaurants offered good food, but room service was dry and flavorless. While some staff were friendly, communication in english was difficult.
