âAmazing stay! The hotelâs location was perfectâright in the heart of everything. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared about making our stay great. They also helped us book some fantastic trips (to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay) and gave us great tips on what to see and do in Hanoi. The rooftop bar was a lovely bonus,a perfect for relaxing with a drink and soaking in the views. Canât recommend this...

The room was spacious and nice but since you are in the mid of the city some noice and light will come into the room. Breakfast was really good and donât miss the roof top bar with great views. â

From the very first contact up until we left, the friendliness, the willingness to assist, the personal touch given in the contact with any staff members, is on par with the very top hotels like St. Regis and similar.
Rooms are well kept and comfortable. Beds are soft enough and with high quality linen.

Nice and clean room. Hanoi is a noisy city but here you would get a good night sleep because of it's great location near the church.
We travled with our 11 months old son and they got put a baby cot in our room without extra charge.

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
